Christ Church is situated in the parish of Shamley Green in the Diocese of Guildford. The Parochial Church Council of the Ecclesiastical Parish of Christ Church, Shamley Green (PCC) is a charity registered with the Charity Commission registered charity number 1193694. The address for correspondence is the Vicarage, Church Hill, Shamley Green GU5 0UD. 

The PCC members presented their report with the financial statements of the charity each year. The PCC members have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019). The PCC have complied with the duty under section 5 of the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 (duty to have regard to House of Bishops’ guidance on safeguarding children and vulnerable adults).
